CALCITAL SpA [IT]
Exploration #223 Calcital SpA. This factory produced lime using limestone rocks from nearby quarries. The factory was in operation from 1971 to 1982 when the business, although production was always successful, went bankrupt due to financial mismanagement.
Calcital still houses many of the machines and kilns used for lime production. Worthy of mention is the control panel of the main rotary kiln, built entirely of iron with reliefs showing the production process.
