Exploration #10 (testo italiano a fondo pagina). The construction of this mansion dates back to 1788, when the already existing complex was renovated and extended. There were then several owners until, in 1927, it became the residence of Countess Carolina Branca, daughter of Stefano Branca and Anna Maria Scala, the industrialist and owner of the famous company of the same name. When the countess died, the villa passed to other families. After years of neglect, the property has been recently purchased by a pool of professionals with the aim of transforming it into a centre dedicated to events, hospitality, training and agriculture.

Esplorazione #10. La costruzione di questa dimora è datato 1788, quando il già esistente complesso fu ristrutturato e ampliato. A seguire ci furono diversi proprietari fino a diventare, nel 1927, la dimora della contessa Carolina Branca, figlia di Stefano Branca e da Anna Maria Scala, industriale titolare dell’omonima famosa ditta. Alla morta della contessa la villa passò ad altre famiglie. Dopo anni di abbandono la proprietà è stata recentemente acquistata da un pool di professionisti al fine di trasformarla in un centro dedicato a eventi, ospitalità, formazione e agricoltura.
