VILLA GRAZIA

Exploration #91. Villa Grazia was once a historic residence whereas today it is completely abandoned and up for auction. The complex includes a 6500 square meter park and a church. The building dates back to the early 1900s. The main area has construction features of particular value with stucco and decorations. The ground floor is crossed by a large corridor-gallery with a glazed side and houses two large halls. The central one overlooks a raised terrace overlooking the park and a monumental fountain. On the second floor there are three rooms, in addition to the service rooms. All floors are connected by a monumental staircase. In addition to the main complex, there are also two wings to complete the building. To embellish the historic residence there is also a private octagonal church that has an independent access also from the public road, inside niches and frescoes as well as a marble altar. But now the thieves have also passed through here.
